Add an emoji reaction to a message.
message.react adds an emoji reaction.

| Setting | What it does |

| Emoji | The emoji to add, such as 👍. A server's own emoji is written <:name:id>. |
| Message | Which message. See Naming a message. Empty is the message that started the flow. |
