Defer reply
Show "thinking…" while slow steps run.
message.defer tells Discord you're working on it, so the person sees "thinking…" instead of a timeout.

Notes
- Discord expects an answer within three seconds. Put this node before anything slow, such as Send an API request.
- Discord decides whether a reply is private when the first answer appears, so set Only visible to the user here rather than on the later reply.
- Follow it with a Reply to deliver the result.
- The canvas shows "Thinking…", or "Thinking… (private)".
