Cooldown
Let a flow through only every so often.
logic.cooldown lets the first run through, then blocks later runs until the time has passed.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |

| Seconds | How long to wait between uses. The default is 30. |
| Counted per | Member, Channel or Server. The default is Member. |
Ways out

Ready | The cooldown has passed, or this is the first use. |
On cooldown | It hasn't. |
Notes
- Counted per member, each person has their own timer. Counted per server, one use blocks everyone.
- Wire On cooldown to a private Reply so people know why nothing happened.

30s per member.
