Voice kick a member
Disconnect a member from voice without removing them from the server.
voice.kick disconnects a member from their voice channel. They stay in the server and can reconnect.

Notes
- It needs a gateway bot and the Move Members permission.
- To remove someone from the server, use Kick a member.
