Delete a channel
Remove a channel from the server.
server.channelDelete deletes a channel.

Notes
Deleting a channel also deletes its messages, and you can't undo it. Put a confirmation step, such as Message with buttons, ahead of it.
- The bot needs the Manage Channels permission.
Example
When someone presses Close ticket, delete the ticket channel.
