Add an emoji
Upload an emoji to the server from a picture's address.
server.emojiCreate adds an emoji.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |

| Name | Its name, letters, numbers and underscores, such as party_parrot. |
| Picture | The address of a PNG, JPEG or GIF of 256 KB at most, such as {fetched.attachment}. |
| Audit log reason | The reason Discord records. |

out. Turn on If it fails for a red way out.
Produces
{created.emoji}: the emoji, written the way a message shows it.
Notes
- The bot needs the Create Expressions permission, and the server needs a free emoji slot.
