Message with a select menu
Send a menu and continue the flow from whichever choice is made.
message.select sends a message with a select menu, then pauses the run until someone picks a choice.
No longer in the picker
Message with buttons or a menu does the same, with buttons too. Flows that have this node keep working.

Notes
- The run is saved while it waits and takes no memory.
- Like buttons without an action, the menu continues the sending run, which works for a day.
Example
Send "Pick a color role" with a menu of colors. Wire each choice to an Add role step.
