Send an error log message
Record an error in the run log.
integration.error writes a line to the run log at the error level, so it stands out.
No longer in the picker
Log with As set to an error does the same. Flows that have this node keep working.

Notes
- Wire it to a node's If it fails way out to record what failed, and follow it with a Reply that tells the person.
- It doesn't stop the run. Add Stop after it to end the run.
