Skip to the next pass
Leave this pass of a loop and start the next one.
flow.continue drops whatever is left of the loop's current pass and starts its next one: "continue" in most programming languages. It can't fail.

None. The loop's next pass starts, or, after the last pass, its When finished.
Notes
- It acts on the innermost loop: Repeat, For each item or For each row.
- Outside a loop it ends the run, and the checker warns you.

For each row of members, skip anyone who has opted out, and DM the rest.
