Hand back
End a sub-flow, giving values back to the flow that ran it.
flow.return ends a sub-flow and hands values back to whichever flow ran it. It can't fail.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Values | One name: value per line, such as total: {temp.total}. The flow that ran this one reads each as {result.name}. |
Ways out
None. The sub-flow ends here, and the flow that ran it carries on.
Notes
- A sub-flow can have several, on different branches, each handing back different values.
- In any other kind of flow it simply ends the run, and the checker warns you.
- The values list of the flow that runs this one shows the
{result.name}tokens it can expect.
