Several conditions
Branch on whether all, or any, of several comparisons hold.
logic.compound tests several comparisons at once: "A and B", or "A or B".
Settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Conditions | One comparison per line, such as {option.amount} > 10. |
| True when | All of them hold, or any of them holds. |
A line compares its two sides with one of these:
| Written | Passes when |
|---|---|
= != > >= < <= | They compare that way. Numbers compare as numbers. |
contains, doesn't contain, starts with, ends with | The text does, ignoring capitals. |
matches | The left side matches a regular expression. |
is in, isn't in | The left side is among a list on the right, separated by commas. |
is empty, isn't empty, is a number | At the end of the line, with nothing after. |
Ways out
| Way out | Taken when |
|---|---|
True | All of them hold, or with Any, one does. |
False | Otherwise. |
Notes
- The builder points out a line it can't read. Spaces around the comparison matter:
{a} > 1, not{a}>1. - A token only ever fills in a value: someone typing
> 0into an option can't turn a line into a different comparison.
Example
{option.amount} >= 1
{option.amount} <= {var.balance}
{option.note} doesn't contain http
